Quality Policy 

Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd specialises in installation and servicing of filtration and hydraulic systems.

Our policy is to provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed our customers’ requirements.

Our quality objectives are satisfied clients and to continually improve the quality of our product and services.

To ensure these objectives are achieved Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd has implemented Quality Systems to the Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO9001: 2000, which is internationally recognised.

Our employees embrace the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 and management ensures existing and new employees are all inducted into the requirements of the Quality System.

The Quality System is dynamic and management will monitor and improve its procedures from time to time and institute changes to the Quality System.

The company recognises that by continually improving our skills through training as paramount to satisfying the needs of its customers and maintaining their goodwill and continued business.

 

Environmental Policy

Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd is committed to the principle objectives ofa)      Complying with all relevant environmental legislation, andb)      Providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contract labour, visitors and contractors.

It is recognised that to achieve these objectives there must exist consultation between all stakeholders and the adoption of an approach centring on hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

E
very manager and supervisor shall therefore program into each work activity all required environmental considerations in addition to providing adequate information, instruction, training and supervision.

These measures aim to ensure a safe place of work, a safe system of work, the provision of proper plant and equipment, including items of personal protective clothing and a competent and adequate workforce. 

Each individual has a legal and moral responsibility to perform his or her duties in a manner so as not to place at risk their fellow workers or themselves and to co-operate by compliance with all environmental legislation and the observance of organisational policies, procedures and rules.The Service Contract Manager through consultation shall assist management in:

  1. The development of recording systems for accidents and hazardous situations
  2. The formulation of policies procedures and rules
  3. The establishment of safe systems of work and safe working environment
  4. The monitoring of measures to ensure the proper use, maintenance and/or replacement of equipment designed to protect employees

At all levels of the organisation the qualities of efficiency and ability in accident prevention administration shall be judged equally in keeping with other expected performance standards.


Every person on site is expected to actively support this occupational health and safety policy and all accident prevention programs, firstly by setting a good personal example followed by proper use and care of all equipment provided to perform their work safely.

Failure to comply with these requirements will be viewed seriously and considered, as a breach of employment and/or contract and appropriate action will be taken. 


Rehabilitation Policy

This Rehabilitation Policy will be signed and dated by the Managing Director and displayed on the Notice Boards within the site.

The Occupational Health & Safety Committee will review this Policy once every twelve months to ensure its contents are timely and relevant.

Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd - Kogarah has an Occupational Health and Safety Policy in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, whereby Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd is committed to;

  • ·         Meeting legislation requirements accordingly with regard to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, and the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998.
  • ·         Prevent accidents and injuries by providing a safe and healthy working environment.  Trisley’s Hydraulic Services Pty Ltd will also educate and train workers to avoid accidents, be conscious of safety and identify hazards.
  • ·         Ensuring that the return to work process is commenced as soon as possible after an injury has taken place, consistent with medical advice.
  • ·         Ensuring that a staged return to work by an injured person is the normal practice and expectation.
  • ·         Providing suitable duties or employment for an injured worker as an integral part of the Rehabilitation Policy where available and/or practical.

  • ·         A policy of consulting with its employees and any Unions representing them to ensure the Rehabilitation Policy is operating effectively.

Ensuring no dismissal within six (6) months of injury, solely or principally because of that injury, unless permanently unfit to return to pre-injury duties.
