Our Company has full Quality Assurance Accreditation in NSW (Lic 100490). We believe that presently we are the only filtration installation Company to hold this level of QA.
Some of our competitors offer QA statements of supplying inspection & test reports etc but this is only a very small component to what QA is about. Quality Assurance is mostly about a Company’s commitment to offering its clients an overall professional product. This does include ITP’s but also the use of quality reports, in house training, financial reporting, auditing and project management. Whilst the cost of implementing such a system is considerable, the client can be assured that the project is being undertaken by a Company that has a strong commitment to the finished product.
Having this Quality Assurance accreditation requires us to report and respond to any issues that may arise from a quality point of view. Importantly, we are a service based Company and our aim on all projects is to have the client as an ongoing customer once the project is completed. We can only achieve this by delivering a quality product. Unlike many of our competitors, we pride ourselves on the level of post project support services that we provide. We are accredited service agents for all of the major components that we install.
We have never had a Workcover non-compliance order or any EPA issues. Again part of our QA process requires site safety plans, MSDS information, Tool Box meetings etc. to ensure the safety of our staff and the environment.
